Playlist not generating

Our playlist was working fine but now it is not pulling track from the folder. It pulls the Station I.D. track but the rest of the tracks are not being pulled. We have it automated. Tried manually generating it and time duration is 27 secs, which is just the ID and nothing else.

Can you please specify how the playlist is created? If you use the Track List, and it's unable to select a track, you will see an error message in the Log area. If you use the Playlist Generator, check if there are any error messages in its Log window when you create a playlist.
