Problem with "getfile"

I'm using RB 5.2.3.0

The "getfile" function worked fine until last night when the news folder was empty by mistake and the playback just stopped. I tested it again just now and the same thing happened.
The empty folder is not a problem when the event is only a "getfile" function but in the case of multiple event (jingle+getfile newest and delete+jingle) RB played the jingle and stopped
