Problems with my purchase

I bought a license yesterday, the system told me that the payment was not processed and in my bank if the payment was made and I have not received the download license, I sent you an email yesterday, but I have not received a response.

The email from which I sent the support request was celia_cordero@yahoo.com

If the payment was not processed, it means we didn't receive the money. It can stay locked on your card for a while, but the money will be returned to you.
