radio boss keeps shutting down

Hi,I work with radio station WBLB which is located in Pulaski,Virginia.We use radio boss for our on air automation system.We have had a big problem lately with radio boss crashing, which results in us being off the air for various lenghts of time. I am attaching a copy of the lates error message, but the message varry and are different and quite a few of them include win.exe and quta.We nees some urgant advice as to how to deal with this.

What RadioBOSS version you use? Please make sure it's the latest RadioBOSS 5.3.3.1.

From the error message screenshot, it seems that you have started RadioBOSS two times by occasion(*), and the second copy also uses the same settings files - that's why it shows you that the file is used by another process.

Please close all running RadioBOSS instances and start only one.

(*) - this is a new problem introduced in Windows 8 and 10, RadioBOSS's "Prevent multiple instances" feature sometimes fails to work.
