The scheduler is downloaded as mp3.
The song is very loud in volume, can this be lowered for the scheduler action?

I now have "adsupdate next Setvol x50"

I also want him to start with a new song.

And commercials as title

You can schedule music update event (in Music Library, Tools->Schedule automatic library update). It can automatically normalize the tracks while adding them to the library, it should fix the loud sound problem.

I think it must be so good.

Yes, looks good, if you have few new tracks, normalization and library update will take couple of seconds to complete.

It is not the same as the system time. I have 2 times radioboss on the same system. 1 is good the other is not. I can also only set vst at 1, the others can't either.

RadioBOSS queries the system to get the time. It can't be different from the system's time because of that. There's an option to change time zone from within RadioBOSS - in Settings->View.

I can also only set vst at 1, the others can't either.
If you have multiple instances installed, they work independently and both have the same feature set. Some VST plugins may not allow multi-instancing, though. In this case you should make copies of them.
