Scheduling issues

Hi,

Hope one could help me with a couple of issues>

1. Scheduled playlist does not start, old one carrying on.
For example>
Friday playlist  is scheduled to start at 00:00. Thursday playlist is supposed to be ending at midnight and interrupted by Friday.
The new scheduled playlist (Friday)  shows up on the log but the current (old one -Thursday) keeps playing..

How can I make sure that the playlists scheduled for 00:00 is always starting on time and playing in whole??

I have selected:
Time: 00.00
Correct Weekday
Enabled event
Run scheduled launch without...
Do not delete scheduled tracks..(selected this, as I repeat the playlist every week, could be wrong)

The "Run in" time is correct

2. Track in playlist is 120min, but start time of next track is estimated after 7min! So embarrassing to have artists complain because their show was cut off way early..

Any suggestions, more than welcome!

1. Try unchecking the "Do not delete scheduled tracks..." option. It controls whether old scheduled items will be deleted or not. If you want to load Friday playlist instead of Thursday - this option better be on. You can also use "Clear playlist" option instead.

2. Do you mean it plays only first 7 minutes of a 120-minute track?

Hi,

1. My playlists are set to repeat each and every week. Will the  /Clear playlist/option change that?
2. Yes, it might be a part of a dj mix that went too low in volume, so I deactivated the Silence detector, not sure.
    The issue is that the playlist is activated, can see it in the log, but sometimes it plays a few tracks from the playlist, sometimes none.

I cannot get the playlist to start, finish in whole and change to new day..

1. The "Clear playlist" option doesn't interfere with Repeat and other startup options.

2. Silence detector could take an action on low-volume parts. You should either disable it or change its Threshold in the Settings. If a DJ mix is a chained OGG file then only the first track will be played, it's a decoder limitation.

You setup to switch playlist everyday @ 00.00 seems fine to me. Probably there are some other settings you've set are incorrect and therefore it doesn't work as it should. A screenshot would help to find where the problem is.
