Seque Editor problem

The issue I have is with some files, this is what happens when I open the editor with some files. the volume points are wrong.
I've just updated to the latest version and thought it would stop this, but it appears not to.

Do you have any markers set in Track Tool for those tracks? Please confirm that you use RadioBOSS 7.0.1.9.

I am using the current version 7.0.1.9., the song on the picture has start and end markers, but not an intro marker. The file is a WAV file.
I have discovered this issue particularly with WAV files.
Attached is a screen shot of the track tool of the file.
