we are experiencing some connections time out this morning (1 Nov from 10:40 AM NZ time. The timeout went for 20 minutes on server C30
Could you please let us know the cause ? Was it a fire again ?

It will be nice if we could have access to some logs on the cloud ?
We know is the cloud because we could not listen to the autodj neither.

There's Logs section in RadioBOSS Cloud, you can take a look there.
The network problems you see are not necessarily caused by RadioBOSS Cloud - it can be connectivity problems on your side or somewhere in between.
