When using no-ip you gen an address like yourname.no-ip.com... I suppose you should use this address and port to listen to your Shoutcast stream, eg. yourname.no-ip.com:8000

I think you should contact no-ip support regarding this. There maybe an issue when using ports. I'm pretty sure they have a solution.
