Shuffle not working anymore

For some reason, shuffle is no longer working on our computer. All of our scheduled playlists have "shuffle playlist before launch" checked, and were shuffling fine, up until a few days ago. I've looked in other forum posts for fixes to this, but can't seem to find an adequate fix. One said that I would need to remove all songs with a clock icon next to them; it would appear that all of our songs now have the clock icon (next to the musical icon) next to them. Is there a way to fix this?

The Shuffle button (under the playlist window) only works if there are no tracks from scheduler in the playlist. Scheduled tracks are marked with a clock icon.

The "Shuffle playlist" option located in the event properties window, always works - it simply shuffles playlist before inserting.
