If you use RadioBOSS to broadcast to the internet (broadcast module in settings) through shoutcast you can use any player from appstore to listen your radio. I use xiialive:

It is possible, but currently we do not provide apps for phones - you should find the app from other vendor.
We're working on our own apps, and they should be available by the end of the year.
