Socket error# 10054

[Radiotech]

I'm getting this error when trying to get the statistics function in the encoder options.. Settings broadcast add encoder statistics tab I input the information from the radio server. it connects broadcasting is fine. the statistics window is showing connected but can't see how many listeners because of this socket error.
