We're using radioboss for more than a year now, and the only thing radioboss is missing actually is a more complete playlist generator and the ability to automatized this work (we're still in 3.0.1.353, our licence ends recently and we wait for an update usefull for us).
Here's some point wich need some improvements.
Actually, if we don't want an artist to be repeat, we have to quote the option, but it's not enough. For Radioboss if there's a difference in the tag so it's not the same artist... so when we have Artist Feat. X and Artist Feat. Y... we have 2 artist different... Would it be possible to use other tags? (We're using mp3tag for our tags and they add recently the field Band wich is very usefull)
Would it be possible to have a more step control for tracks selection? we would like to have more complete playlists with various choice (every X tracks / time a news, every X tracks / time a classic hit...)
Another thing that is missing... the ability to let radioboss generate playlists automaticaly. I know that it has already been ask. Like the jingle machine.... It will be a good point for radioboss if it can be an option for the scheduler.
Actually if we want a rotation, there's 3 way... we put playlists but it will be always the same or we put schuffle playlist withour jingles, or shuffle playlists with jingles, but if we do this, the jingles include in the playlists will be affect too and then sometime we may have 4-5 jingles in a single time then no jingle for an hour...
