Is "Add stop command X" works if shuffle is on ? Because i try to put a "stop" but nothing happens , stop is there but program not put it for real.

Yes, as you use Shuffle, then it will not go to the "stop" command that is inserted after the track. If you want to use Shuffle and stop after the track, then I'd suggest using the "Stop after this track" feature (button under the playlist).
