Strange random playlist error

A couple of times in the last week short files, usually ads, dropped into the current playlist tab, play at the same time. It has not happened enough to determine a pattern (drag and drop together or seperately, short time vs long time before playing, or something else) I forgot to screenshot the player before I deleted the tracks but here is the log listing. Been using Radioboss since 2012, first time this has happened.

RadioBOSS doesn't insert tracks by itself. There's a reason why a track is added: scheduled event, manual addition to the playlist, calling remote API command. You should check the log to see what happens.

Sorry if I wasn't clear. We are a terrestrial radio station operating Radioboss mostly as live playout software. So, tracks were manually added to the same active playlist (probably PL1), and for some reason, two consecutive tracks played at the same time. The screenshot I sent showed the log so I am not sure what you are suggesting I do.
FYI none of us know how to use APIs, and there were no scheduled events.

Solved! (we think)
It seems someone changed a setting in FileTypes > advertisements. "Treat as a Voice Track" was checked. We don't usually mark Intros and Outros
in our files. Obviously, it was doing its best to follow the rules regardless. It was puzzling, as the problem occurred so seldom. It had been noted that adverts. had become italicized, seemingly after the last update. That was coincidental it seems.
