Suddenly no more Music Beds

I have already reported the following error multiple times, but have not received a satisfactory response. In our news broadcasts, a file named news.mp3 is played. Similarly, in our weather reports, files are played depending on the time of day: Wetter00, Wetter06, Wetter09, Wetter12, Wetter14, Wetter16, and Wetter18. The file news.mp3 is assigned to a category called "News," and the weather reports are assigned to a category called "Weather." Each of these categories is linked to a music bed. It keeps happening that after Radioboss has been running for some time, suddenly, without anyone intervening and without any apparent reason, the music beds are no longer played. It is important to note that, for example, everything was working normally until last night; there were no changes, not even a system restart or anything similar. Suddenly today, the music beds can no longer be heard. Therefore, it cannot be due to a misconfiguration, as everything had been working properly. The Main System is running Radioboss 7.0.8.0 X64

I have now done the following: I restored a backup of the RadioBOSS settings that was automatically created during the night. After restoring this backup, the music beds are now back. This backup originates from a time when the issue with the missing music beds had already occurred. Nevertheless, it is now working again. Only two team members have access to the Windows server on which RadioBOSS runs, and no one except these two, myself, and our IT officer has access to the RadioBOSS API. Therefore, it is impossible that any changes were made that could have led to the sudden disappearance of the music beds. The fact that they are now working again after restoring a recent backup points to an unspecified error or inconsistent behavior of RadioBOSS in this case.

Beds were severely reworked in the 7.1 release so I suggest installing it, most likely, it will fix the problem you have.

I'm not sure how RadioBOSS can the cause of this. If it was, most likely, the beds wouldn't have worked at all if there was some bug (and there were some in 7.0 and prior versions).

"But when I install version 7.1, other problems appear, which I have already reported here in the forum. For example, issues with the automatic creation of playlists."

"And I can only report what I observe. Nobody changes anything in the system, and suddenly the music beds are no longer audible. All the files are still there and, for example, are played correctly within a playlist, and the event is executed properly. Sometimes restarting RadioBOSS helps to get it working again, but sometimes only a full restore of the settings solves the problem. However, it is strange that the backup does not contain anything different compared to the settings currently in RadioBOSS. The settings backup is created every day at 3 a.m., meaning that the restored backup was made after the error, the 'disappearance of the music beds', had already occurred. I cannot explain it either. But that is how it is."
