imagine, that in the radiocaster as an audio processor, we were using a plug-in "MB Broadcaster" as an example. So we could use this processed sound to play on an FM transmitter.

The Prelisten feature in RadioCaster is not really designed to be used for FM broadcasting. You can setup an internal server in RadioCaster and then "play" this stream (http://127.0.0.1:port) in other player to be sent to FM transmitter.
