Have upgraded to the latest version of RB and still no track count any suggestions?? also since upgrade to latest RB when I do a config back up I now have and error "Back up created. files were locked and could not be saved in backup!" if I try and restore using this file I have an error "unable to restore from backup. Error code 2" and suggestions ??
For this to work for .wav files, you need to use the NTFS file system - this is the default on all modern Windows operating systems. To check this, right-click a drive in Windows Explorer, select properties and see what "File system" is.
If you use NTFS, then it should work. Please send one of the WAV files for which playcount does not save to support@djsoft.net we'll check what could be wrong.
