Track Count

I have been using RB for a while and the play count doesn't seem to be counting at all, all tracks are at 0, can you help please.

Do you use the latest version? What file types do you play?
 
Using version 5.6.2.0 and all music files are wav. other files (news and some promos) are mp3 and they seem to count ... any help greatly appreciated.

Please try on the latest RadioBOSS 5.7.0.7 - http://dl.djsoft.net/radioboss_setup.exe
 
Have upgraded to the latest version of RB and still no track count any suggestions?? also since upgrade to latest RB when I do a config back up I now have and error "Back up created. files were locked and could not be saved in backup!" if I try and restore using this file I have an error "unable to restore from backup. Error code 2" and suggestions ??
 
Has counted 1 increment on our news bulletin (mp3) but has not worked on our library (wav).

For this to work for .wav files, you need to use the NTFS file system - this is the default on all modern Windows operating systems. To check this, right-click a drive in Windows Explorer, select properties and see what "File system" is.

If you use NTFS, then it should work. Please send one of the WAV files for which playcount does not save to support@djsoft.net we'll check what could be wrong.
