Update to RadoBoss Freezes, Stutters, Skips

Several months ago I posted an issue with my RadioBoss stopping and skipping, etc. during broadcast.  The final procedure was to uninstall and reinstall which resolved the problem?  I was once again back in business and happy.  I have had to uninstall and reinstall TWICE since that time.
Now for my question?  What could be the cause for the program to become corrupt?  I only use this machine to broadcast.  I?m running Windows 7 Home Premium (64), RadoBoss version 4.6.0.895.
The main problems that the uninstall causes is I have to recreate my preferences (broadcast data, file types, etc.)  and I also have to rebuild all my schedules because after the reinstall the ID# is different therefore the location of all file is different.  This is a real pain!!  Where are these data files sore so I can simply import the old pref into the new install??

Over time computers can get corrupt from just normal use. Every month I take my station off air for a few hours and do maintenance on all the equipment. I restart my automation computer, install updates, run CCleaner, defraggler, do a virus scan ect. Do you update RadioBoss? A update is released every few weeks for RadioBoss that fixes bugs in the software. There newest version 4.7 fixes a bunch of stability bugs. So far I have had no problems with 4.7.

To backup the settings, click Settings->Open Settings Folder - you should save the folder contents somewhere. After reinstall, click Settings->Open Settings Folder again and put contents of an older folder there.
Soon automatic backup/restore of settings will be implemented.
Also I see you're using an older version 4.6, current version is 4.7 and I strongly recommend you to update. There were many bugs fixed and other issues resolved.
