Using DJSoft DTMFChecker utility and have a question

Why doesn't the utility show DTMF tones like the * or #?  I use this utility to scan announcement files in our PBX system.  It shows the digits fine, but won't show the other digits on the DTMF keypad like the * and #.  Wondering why?

It should show * and # if it detects it in the file. Can you please send the file you are checking to support@djsoft.net to try it here?
