Want to Use RadioBoss to Play News Opener & Bulletin + Closer & Id

Would Like to use RadioBoss to Play out a  News Bulletin which is on the Desk top, On The Hour 1. News Opener 2. News Bulletin 3. News Closer 4. Station I/D then back to Playlist. How do i go about creating this form of Playback within RadioBoss.
