Are 1200x1200 or 1400x1400 cover to big for RadioBoss??

It does not have any limits (min or max) for the artwork sizes, so you can use any.

One more question which image extensions does Radioboss display can it show .Gif .BPM or .PNG??

I know it can display .jpg

It should read all usual file formats. Using BMP for artwork is not what usually happens because of extremely large size.
