Why is the time announcement broadcasted monophonic?

Please make a RadioBoss version that will play the HRSxx.mp3, MINxx.mp3 files in stereo, like it does with any other file, so we can add a proper bed to the announcements.

It should up-mix mono files to stereo. I'll add it to the list of bugs, thanks for reporting.
