If you're using ASIO sound cars, then most likely you have incorrectly configured its channels (eg. card output is re-routed to its input or something like this).
I think you should reset sound card's settings to factory defaults.
For slow playback problem, you need to choose the same sample rate in RadioBOSS settings and in sound card's settings.
In Windows Control Panel open Sound and check Input devices properties - make sure you have "Listen to this device" disabled.
