Scheduled event priority when same time

Hi,
I'm testing a bit the software and wonder how an event has priority on another when in the schedule they are at the same time (I have 1 event playing every hour all the time and I want an special event to override it once per week on Friday 10pm for example)
If I schedule two events to start at exactly the same time, which one will win ? How is priority defined in such cases ?
Apparently my special event wins, which is good, but I want to understand what option or logic decides ;-)

This is undefined. One event or another can start.

If you want to make sure one event starts before another, you should set different start times, e.g. 1-2 seconds apart.
