What is the best way to store a) mp3 tracks b) one hour programs c) advertisements?  Do they all go in a single library file or is the library just intended for the music tracks?   Do different genres of music  go in separate sub-folders, or separate libraries or do they all go in one file together?

I have my music stored on a NAS and playlists and presets on a studio PC.  The music file is mapped as M:\ so I can access it from a second production machine.  What is the best way for the production machine to access the playlists and presets on the studio PC so it keeps in sync?

Can you explain what means the red margins around some tracks that come up in the playlist.  I have not been able to find this in the manual. Thanks!  :)
If you need to generate a playlist using a preset and start it right away, use the wizard when you create an event. But this has downsides, as creating a playlist can take some time, and playlist launch could be delayed. The way you do it now (create playlists and start them later) is better.

Exactly, this is the problem. I cannot schedule different playlist presets for one day - how can I do that? There is no scheduler plan or anything like that, where I can assign the preset to specific hours.
It appears to be a bug in the software, we'll check if this is the case. Thank you for letting us know of this problem.

I think the mechanism for detecting a hang/crash may need some tweaking.
It merely checks if the software is still responding - that is, the main window is able to receive user input. In your case, I suppose the freeze is caused by backup software, e.g. it locks some system resource that RadioLogger depend on.

Can you please send us bug reports to support@djsoft.net? Bug reports are located in the RadioLogger settings folder (you can open it from "RadioLogger" menu), files are called "bugreport_*.txt"

No option for this at all?, I am using realtek drivers.
RadioBOSS takesa the number of channels from the system, so if it reports "Stereo" then it's two channels. It's configured in Windows Control Panel, Sound applet. Not in Realtek specific software (but the option could also present there).

I've been trying to setup generation of multiple playlists for a given day using multiple presets.  I'm using the "Generate multiple playlists..." function in Playlist Generator Pro.  When I add several presets to my list and I run the multiple generation either from the function (Generate button within the Generate multiple playlists window) or from an Event I created, the 1st playlist is generated and then an error message pops up to tell me "Unable to save/update preset!" … (see photo).  I must click "OK" in the error message to clear the error before the generation of the next playlist will be performed.  This is required after the generation of each playlist in the multiple playlist function.

I've tried this on two computers and the problem is consistent.  What am I doing wrong?
