Finally, we have managed to publish what we are broadcasting on tweeter through the tweeter api. But there is no way to put the "#" symbol(hastag) , or line break. Would there be any way to get it?
Any text appears without problems, but with the "#" symbol or with the line change there is no way

You can try url-encoding the hash symbol: use %23 instead of #. Maybe this will work.

Finally work fine %23 for "#" and "0d" for break line.
