Can you explain me well, what is this paragraph for? (Settings > General > Priority)
What do I need to put in between "idle - normal - high" ??

This is the priority of the RadioBOSS process in Windows. The default value is High to ensure there are no audio dropouts in case when the computer is busy with other tasks.
