Hi, can anyone help resolve this problem?

Check if the file is still in the same place as when you put it in the playlist
maybe the drive letter has changed
maybe you moved the file
maybe your harddisk has gone into sleep mode

Unable to play! Error code 2 (unable to open the file/invalid server address).

It means the file can not be found on the disk. This can be because file was moved or renamed (or folder where it is was renamed), but playlist still keeps the old path.

What RadioBOSS version do you use and does it show any error messages in the log window?

Hello and thank you for the reply.
The version that I have is the advanced 6.2.2.0 and I don't have any error messages from windows. at the beginning I thought it was an audio problem and I tried some changes but no. The problem still the same.

This version is very old, so I suggest you to consider updating to the latest version.

Other things you can try is to use a different sound device, or switch the driver mode from WASAPI to DirectSound in Playback settings.
