Silence alarm detected.

Good morning,

I have received this alarm. I have attached the image for your reference.

Could you please let me know if it's possible to determine the source of the issue from this log? I am not seeing any other errors in the logs, and the anti-repetition rules appear to be correct.

Thank you and kind regards,

Silence usually means two things: nothing was playing at all, or something was playing, but it was silence (e.g. a track with silence in the middle). In your case, it seems the latter, because the log says "Current track: 0" meaning the first track in the playlist was playing.

Hello,

Thank you for the explanation.

However, from the logs, it seems I am unable to trace the file. Is there a way to do so?

Thank you,Kind regards,

You should look up the log to see what was playing, there seems to be scheduled event was started, but its playback didn't start, it was inserted into the playlist, so the problem could be with the track that started at 6:02:22.
