Is there a trick to getting tech support from DJsoft? I have been dead in the water since buying a new VPS and then paying to upgrade radio caster for a week now and no matter how many times I ask for help regarding the way it sporadically shuts down crashing out the radio broadcast causing ALL listeners to drop out, yet even though I have asked NUMEROUS times for help in email or even submitting tickets I GET NO RESPONSE. They did respond ONCE but their "fix" failed and it's been dead air since then.
