This error message means that device can't be used for some reason. One thing you can try is switch to using WASAPI instead of DirectSound, maybe it'll work.

In RadioBOSS desktop, it's not a pre-roll, it's intro file when a connection to the server is made by RadioBOSS (as streaming source), not for each listener connection. The pre-roll option is not available in any of the RadioBOSS versions, I'm sorry.

Currently RadioBOSS Cloud only allows selecting random tracks from the folders, not from playlists. We will add selection from playlist in one of the future updates.

Looks like it's working as it's supposed to: delete played scheduled items, leave other items.
