It depends on what permissions users have. If there's at least one user with no "Music Library" permission, then direct launch will be prevented. If all users do have access, then it can be launched. Same for other modules (Playlist Generator, etc.).

For now such a feature is not planned, because you can turn the Auto Intro rules on/off using the scheduler. Maybe we will add a section in the scheduler wizard to allow configuring this easier.
