This is against the UI design guidelines, because it will require opening an event editor, then call Wizard, select Generate a playlist, then change the setting - not an expected workflow. Now it resides where it's easy to find, in Settings > Scheduler.

You can configure the "playrequestedsong" event to queue after the scheduled tracks, this way it will not interrupt other schedules. Currently, this is the only option.

I'm not sure if it's usable (and most people will see it as "Delete voiceover assignment for a track" not deleting from disk), you can click the ... button and delete it from the Open Dialog.

The problem with position below is that it pushes the whole UI down, introducing a lot of unusable free space. That's why the timers were moved from there. If you want to create similar rules, they can be copied in the list.
