Metropolis UI Blue / Green don't show the ticks for active slots that are scheduled in ads scheduler (similar to reported issue of how numbers don't appear, when number mode was on).
Also, swapping from any style back to 'Windows' style (in ads scheduler) comes up with various errors (depending...
I think a couple of other people have mentioned it but we're seeing it too.
Right click > Delete all. The items delete momentarily, the software closes and reopens, the playlist re-appears as it was.
Considering it is a new feature, defaulting to checkboxes is probably the best option. If anyone saw it in the Beta and liked the behaviour they could switch over.
I think the deadlock logs refer to when we were rebuilding the database as our script tells it to do all of our librarlies (takes a bit of time to complete the first time). It's working now so the logs indicate that.
The connection references were due to a server restart.
The...
I think it's just a case of 'we're used to it' behaving a certain way with the check boxes - actually it was one of the biggest reasons we originally got RadioBOSS as the scheduler was a significant improvement to the previous application we were using. I think the checkboxes still have a place...
Bug - when you double click on a box to add a Sponsor announcement to it, the box number disappears.
E.g. I have '2' and when I add an additional one the number disappears. Expected behaviour is for the number to increase/decrease depending on the change made.
Edit: I tried different...
I didn't uninstall / reinstall the database server (as there's a lot of other databases that reference it took). But I was able to create a new database from scratch and re-sync the library (effectively - building it from new). No connectivity issues now.
I assume there's something in the...

Yes - same PC was moved back to 6.3 and the issue stopped. The studios are still on 6.3 and were able to access the database while the test PC wasn't able to. I was using the 64 bit version of 7.0
MySQL 8.0.35 is the latest general release. My expectation is if MySQL is supported with RadioBOSS, that the latest version should be supported. Older versions it would be understandable if they weren't - not so much the latest version (especially when it's working fine in 6.3.3).
Probably better to allow us to decide - e.g. a number box with the maximum number of priorities that can't go lower than 2 or higher than 99. For us 9 is enough too - we use 5 though.
Ditto here - Our studios are using the current production version without issues, but a test PC with 7.0.0 on it doesn't connect to the database server. In the configuration I test the connection and it comes up fine, but in RadioBOSS itself it just says 'No database connection!' and never...
Feature request:
Block only specific cart walls from being altered by a non-admin user.
Use case:
We have one cart wall where our presenters can load their personalised carts. We also have a station wide cart wall that is meant to be available for everybody and only changed occasionally by...
Hi,
A feature request is bypassing 'stop' if that is next to be played in the playlist, when 'play' is commanded via the API.
We use the 'Events - Legacy behavior for "Do not action event when playlist is stopped" option.
The use case is the studio playlist may be set up by a presenter and not...
It might have been a file issue as I asked the team for a version that was affected but it seems to be okay now. I'll report back if this issue returns.
