RadioLogger

We're experiencing an issue where audio is being recorded at a much higher level, and at a different bit rate than what we set in the settings.

We recently upgraded to the latest version and believe this is when this started happening.

We run 3 instances of the RadioLogger software to record different audio. 2 are set to 128kpbs and the other one is set to 320kbps.

It seems to record at 320kbps for an hour after software restart, then it goes back to 128kbps with a much higher input level (nearly clipping) instead of the usual -15db level.

Worth also noting we're recording on a mapped network drive, but this shouldn't cause an issue.

Is there further information I can provide to assist with this?

Sure.

Interestingly, you'll see below that the 19-00-00 hour that is currently being recorded has a higher file size (127,636kb) than the previous hour (56,249kb). I would assume the file is being recorded at 320kbps but maybe compressed to 128kbps once the hour is complete?

And here is a screenshot from the audio file. As you can see, the level is over zero db, whereas the input level showing on the RadioLogger is at -12db. Something is very wrong...

Cheers!
