2 Problems, not sure if related

Hello!!
I have two issues with RadioBoss version 4.5.0.735
My broadcast audio is great everyone on the site if happy with sound, however at my studio there are two issues.
1- when I speak on mic the return of my voice has a slight delay, that could not only be annoying but also loose me when I am reading something on the air, is there a way to fix this?
2- Trying to fix problem one i caused problem 2 - the mp3s sound like they are cracking, contantly, this only happens on my pc audio output, not on broadcast  :-[

To reduce the delay to a very minimum please see this topic: http://www.djsoft.net/smf/index.php/topic,762.0.html
Using DirectSound doesn't allow to have very small buffers, and that's what happened in your case: sounds becomes cracked.
