7.0.3.0 second bug the insertion of schedule items is not cleared if you right click play next track

I have noted a bug in latest 7..0.3.0 if you have announcements in the playlet and right click next song it plays next sone but leaves announcements in the playlist and does not play them.

Event was not started because the "Do not action when the playlist is stopped" flag is enabled (SID 3)

This is the intended behavior. You instructed it to play some other track, after that track is played, it moves on to the next track based on what options are enabled (shuffle, repeat etc).
