Account Suspended - Payment Made Still Showing Account Suspension

My account was suspended. I made the payment and it's still showing suspended when i tried to log in- Then a second payment came out and it's still showing suspended. Do I need to cancel my service?

There was a technical issue, as a result some payments were processed 2-8 hours later than they were made. Now this is resolved and all payments are accounted for. Please let us know if the problem still exists.
