Ad Scheduler

We are using the new 4.9 version of RadioBoss Beta.
The new Scheduler for Ads and ads blocks needs another feature.
We can not have the same type of commercial after each other.
Like this:
Ad 01 - Commercial for clothes
Ad 02 - Commercial for clothes
Ad 03 - Commercial for food

We need to move the commercial up and down in the ad blocks.

The system does not allow this. The priority is global for the file.
If we set Ad01 with pri 1, it will always come first.

Do you have a way to sort the blocks??

Yes, currently it doesn't take into account adverticement category.

You can set priorities so "clothes" ads won't be together.

Like this:
Ad 01 has priority 1
Ad 02 - priority 5
Ad 03 - priority 3

Thanks for the prompt reply.

We also have other consederations:
1. Commercials of same category can not come after each other
2. Commersials read by same person can not come after each other
3. and so on

The program was perfect until we noticed that the priority was global.

Is there a solution to this?

Yes, the priority is global for each track, and program doesn't "know" who reads the commercial.
Currently it's not possible to control this the way you need. But you can edit commercial playlists manually after they are created by Ad Scheduler.

We used a program called Raduga, before we changed to RadioBoss.
RadioBoss is much better in many ways, but the commercial and blocks of scheduled tracks must be better.
I hope you can add feature for the coming 4.9 version.
We have 270 commercials to organize in blocks. So the solution with manual editing, is not an option.

:(

Adverticement Scheduler was added recently, so there are still many things which can and will be improved.

About commercial order... What it should do when it finds two "food" commercials? Insert some other commercial in between?
