I test with another rx soft and don't change anything in main station and work perfect.

Make sure you've set the correct DTMF tones, and also that event start time is set correctly, so that tone arrives in the correct time frame: http://manual.djsoft.net/radioboss/en/starting_events_by_dtmf_signal.htm
