Advert repetition

Using the suggestion to Vangellis by DJSoft I created a file with intro jingles in it, a file with 15 adverts in it and a third file with station general jingles. Using Playlist Generator Pro I have set up 1 intro jingle at random, 3 adverts in order and one jingle random and saved the preset as "Ad Block". My question is that the playout system seems to be choosing the same 3 ads from the list of 15. I thought it would choose 1, 2, 3 then 4, 5, 6 etc. Can anyone shed light on what I am doing wrong.

There's nothing you doing wrong.
All playlist generations are independent from each other, so it'll start from the beginning of the list each time.
I think this will be improved in the future - I already added it to request list.

Thanks for coming back so soon, so in reality a playlist has to be made for each advert block and scheduled independently so if you have 30 adverts running 3 at a time then 10 "Ad Block" playlists would need to be created and scheduled manually, making for a messy and complicated schedule.

Yes... But, as I said, in the future versions Playlist Generator Pro will "remember" the last position in the playlist, so it'll take all the files, not only first ones.

It's not hard to implement, and other users requested similar functionality... so I think this will be in the next minor update (by the end of the month).
