Announce Temperature

I used to have [removed] before RadioBoss...  They would announce the Temp as well as the Time.  Their Temp announcement was rough in nature, but it would work.  It would read a Weather file created from Marc Singer's Creations.
It would say (as an example)  "The Time is....  The Temp outside is...."

This feature is planned for the future, I think it will be ready in the 5.3 release.
