Why does RB sense "folder.jpg" in the album on some but not others?  In other words, It'll see folder.jpg (aka the Artwork) and display it, on others albums, it doesn't see the Artwork.  Does it have to be a specific size?

It does not read the "folder.jpg" file at all - it only reads artwork embedded in the music tracks.
