Automatic update of start times

If a song is added to the playlist ad hoc without cue/mixpoint points (mixpoint as per crossover settings), will the start times of the following tracks be updated accordingly once the unprocessed track is added?

Further...will there ever be an option where new files in a folder will automatically be detected (monitored folders) and processing is automatic based on preset parameters? just a suggestion as it would avoid manual and scheduled processing.

If a track is unprocessed it uses the general crossfading settings: https://manual.djsoft.net/radioboss/en/crossfades.htm
And also start/end is set automatically if you have the Remove Gap feature enabled: https://manual.djsoft.net/radioboss/en/miscellaneous.htm
Start time for the following tracks will be recalculated.

This is possible with the Music Library auto update feature (Tools menu): https://manual.djsoft.net/radioboss/en/creating_a_music_library.htm

Do You mean "Schedule automatic library update"? This would mean running on a schedule. I meant the automatic detection of new added files..in other words the folder is monitored continuously.

There's no folder monitoring, maybe a solution would be to run this task more frequently.

Have another issue. When adding Schedule automatic library update for a whole partition it only scans 1 or few folders only and stops without any error.
Moving all the folders in the same partition to only one folder works fine when that folder is selected for library update.
So, selecting a partition for a scheduled library update it does not seem to work, while selecting folder(s) works just fine.

If you're scanning a system drive there could be lots and lots of files and it can take way too much time to complete. You should not make it scan the entire system drive, add individual folders instead.
