Background RB update

Hi, I wanted to know if there was a possibility in the future to add the RadioBoss update mode automatically and in the background.

some radios can't stop their stream just to get the software updated

I hope you understand me.

I wish I had the ability (for example) to do this at night and for it to reboot itself after the update is complete.

Or that it did it autonomously in the background, therefore without stopping the radio and streaming.

Also, it would be nice to have a backup mode in case, for whatever reason, the music should stop.

Then play a backup audio stream from another server (Fallback mounts).
It would be nice to see you in the future.

When you update RadioBOSS, you only experience a few seconds of silence - the time needed to restart it after installing an update. I don't see how it can be improved further.

Also, it would be nice to have a backup mode in case, for whatever reason, the music should stop.

You can achieve it by using RadioBOSS Cloud - it can be used as a backup solution (when no live stream is connected it will play tracks that you upload to the server): https://www.radioboss.fm/

It works if you use RadioBOSS Cloud as your streaming solution, and configure desktop RadioBOSS to stream to it: https://www.radioboss.fm/radioboss-cloud/live-broadcast/

In this case it will stream what you send to it from desktop RadioBOSS, and in case there's no stream (computer turned off, software crashed etc) it will play from Cloud.
