Hello -

I am having a RadioBoss error issue every 2 or 3 days.  I have attched an image of my issue below. I re-install radioboss and the issue is fixed for a few days and then it just stops responding.

- do you have any scheduler events which have "play above the air" option turned on
- what sound card are you using, or there's no sound card?

The sound card is on and active, which is a Creative SB X-Fi

OK.
I see you're using StereoTool. Can you disable it for a while: uncheck the "Winamp DSP plugins" option and restart RB. So we'll see if the problem is caused by plugin (or maybe the plugin-radioboss bridge).

Hey DJ Soft,

I disabled the Winamp DSP Plugins and restarted RB. It ran about 3 hours and the same problem happened. The program either crashes and needs to be restarter, or it stops playing after a song (on it's own) and needs to be prompted to start playing again.

It can be the sound card driver's problem. Crash after 3 hours is a big problem, but there are very few users reporting this. But, when crashes like this happen, it often involves either Creative Live or Creative X-fi cards.
If you have other sound card (eg. integrated to the motherboard), you should try switching to it.

I believe it to be a sound card issue as well. I have changed it to "no sound" just for broadcasting reasons for now. What sound card (other than computer default ones) would you recommend that works best with RadioBoss?

I use Creative E-Mu, and it's very good.
