Best way to "prepare" voicetracked programs

What is the best and most intuitive way to "prepare" a voicetracked hour? We just generate a new playlist at xx:58 right now and it plays the next song, but we want to have some of the hours voicetracked and prepared for the broadcast.

Do we create a new playlist in a second tab with the items, save that and schedule it with the Scheduler or is there another / better method?

This is the only way I think - prepare the playlist and then schedule it. The newer RadioBOSS 5.7 will have the new "Auto Intro" feature to automatically voice track the playlist - in some cases this will be enough.
