Can?t play title

Hello, i have some issue  with my radio boss v. 5.5.5 (win 10) its the trialversion, everyone from my webradio have radio boss and i would like to buy it, but of course just when it works

I cant play my titles. Actually i can but just for 1 second and then the next song from the playlist starts to play. The songs are fine. Can someone help me please?

Do you use RadioBOSS with default settings, or you made changes to crossfades, installed pluigins etc?
