The profile is saved in the settings folder. Maybe in the future it will be configurable, but it's not really necessary. When you see an error like this, it usually means that some other program is keeping the file open. Another possibility is antivirus software - so some strange reason they may block writing to the file. Please also try updating to RadioBOSS 5.3.2.2.
